December 10, 2017 - the 703rd Agila Brigade spearheaded the conduct of Joint Civic Action Program together with other NGO in Brgy Bibiclat, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija. The activity was able to cater 276 invidiuals for Medical Services, 219 for Dental Services, 96 for Haircut, 24 for Shoe Repair and 300 kids for the Gift Giving and Feeding Activity.

Elito Circa aka Amangpintor president of Rotary Club of San Jose Golden Harvest shared his talent through actual hand painting demonstration for almost 300 kids and contributed pencils, erasers and crayons as part of his advocacy "Lapis, Papel at Krayola (ALPK)".

The activity was successfully conducted in partnership with the LGU Aliaga, AFPRESCOM personnel and NGO partners of the Brigade.
